Double structure Reinforced V Belt!
DAYTONAReinforced V Belt that was developed to cope with the high power of Sports scooter and high tune.
The lower Rubber is a high-grade finish that reduces BeltSlip by making the standard RubberSingle structure a double structure of standard Rubber + high elastic heat resistant blending Rubber.
100% Aramid fiber is used as a core (* There are also some products using other core wire Material).
In addition, upper Rubber and lower Rubber also incorporate Aramid fiber to improve the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength and slip resistance required for V Belt.
The blending ratio of each material etc. is the best choice according to the Engine characteristics of each Manufacturer vehicle.
Belt length, Slip, start acceleration, to prevent adverse effects on the fastest, Pulley to Quantity:It is set & quality control so that it becomes the reduction ratio of NORMAL same etc. etc. in the set state.

*Please make sure to carry out break-in operation for approximately 50-100km in order to secure original performance & durability.
*It is the V belt usage limit that decreases by 1 mm or more from the prescribed width dimension. Please periodically check the state of wear and replace the brand new at the appropriate timing.
